Shuwen (Betty) Deng (邓舒文) is currently a senior student in the Department of Micro/Nano-electronics at Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU). Her advisor is Prof. Guoyong Shi, who leads the Mixed-Signal Design Automation (MSDA) Lab in the School of Microelectronics. She received the prestigious Irving T. Ho Memorial Scholarship in 2014.


Her research interests include computer architecture, Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and embedded systems. In 2014, she was selected by SJTU to attend the summer session as a visiting student at Yale University with a Neil Shen Scholarship which covered all her expenses. She has joined the MSDA Lab since 2014, and has conducted several research projects on symbolic analysis methods of small signal circuits. As a result of her research, she has submitted one paper to ISCAS-2016. She plans to come to the US for graduate study in Fall 2016.
