Jason Lin

Jason Lin (林睿彥) received his PhD in the Department of Electrical Engineering at Stanford University in 2013. He also received his BS degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences from the University of California, Berkeley in 2007. He was invited by the Irving T. Ho Foundation as an Honorary Irving T. Ho Fellow in 2007.

His research interests include germanium transistor technology, 3D-IC, and beyond CMOS spintronic devices. He has received several honors, including the UC Berkeley EECS Departmental Citation, the Stanford Graduate Fellowship, and a Best Student Paper Award.
