Chen Qian

Chen Qian (錢晨) received his bachelor's degree in the School of Microelectronics at Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2013. He is in the Center of System Level Chip to conduct research under the supervision of Prof. Qin Wang. He received the Irving T. Ho Memorial Scholarship in 2011.

He is interested in the three-dimensional integrated circuit design based on the TSV technique, especially for low-power and high-reliability clock network designs. He will continue his graduate study at Shanghai Jiao Tong University in Fall 2013.
