Hai Wei

Hai Wei (魏海) is currently a PhD candidate in the Department of Electrical Engineering at Stanford University. He received his BS degree (with honor) in Electronic Engineering/Microelectronics from Tsinghua University, China in 2007.

Mr. Wei's main research interests include Carbon-based nanoelectronics, energy-efficient systems, and 3D-ICs. He received many awards, including the Irving T. Ho Memorial Scholarship in 2005 and the National Scholarship in 2007 both from Tsinghua University, and an Engineering Graduate Fellowship (EGF) in 2007 from Stanford University.
